The in-ear design comes in graphite black, mysterious white and a distinctive shark-fin shape, with three different sizes of silicone earplugs and two additional wing tips to better fit the user’s ears. As with smart headphones, users can tap and touch the surface of the Galaxy Buds FE to control various functions.
Functionally, the product is equipped with a single drive unit, each headset has 3 microphones, 2 external microphones, and 1 inside, to provide active noise cancellation (ANC) function. In addition, the product supports ambient sound mode, which is used to sense the surrounding environment without removing the headset.
In terms of battery life, after turning on ANC active noise reduction, the battery life of the headset is 6 hours, and the battery life can be extended to 21 hours when used with the charging box. After ANC active noise cancellation is turned off, the headset lasts 8.5 hours and 30 hours with the charging case.
If a user joins the Samsung ecosystem, the Galaxy Buds FE can be paired quickly with just a tap. The headset also supports automatic switching between Galaxy devices, as long as the user is signed into the same Samsung account on the device.
The Galaxy Buds FE is priced at $99 (currently about 724 yuan), and from October 5, users can buy the product through selected overseas carriers, and from October 10, they can buy it online from Samsung.
