According to Kazakh media reports, the Kazakh Civil Aviation Administration (MIIR) has recently made changes to the rules of civil air transport, and these changes relate to the regulations on carrying electronic devices and e-cigarettes. MIIR stressed that the changes were made out of concern for the safety and comfort of passengers.
Under the new rules, passengers are no longer allowed to place portable electronic devices such as tablets, watches, calculators, cameras, laptops, camcorders, and other devices with lithium or lithium-ion batteries in checked baggage. In addition, carrying e-cigarettes is also explicitly prohibited.
MIIR strongly recommends that all passengers place the following items in their carry-on luggage to ensure convenience and safety during the flight:
laptop
Cell phone
Camera
tabella
Electronic signature equipment
All electronic devices with lithium-ion batteries
Spare batteries and portable batteries (mobile power)
