ELFBAR recently launched its new disposable e-cigarette product ELFBAR 600V2 in London, UK. This product is a new and upgraded version of the ELFBAR600. ELFBAR 600V2 adopts the new QUAQ Tech technology portfolio, integrating QUAQ Mesh and QUAQ Cell technology, which not only brings the user the upgrade of product experience, but also helps the technical exploration of product sustainable development and takes an important step.
The ELFBAR 600V2 has a number of improvements in appearance and performance, and at the same time, technical exploration has been carried out in the direction of product recycling. The ELFBAR 600V2 uses a pre-automated module and a solderless construction design to make the entire product disassembly and recycling process more convenient and feasible, minimizing waste generation and environmental impact. The ELFBAR 600V2 battery can be disassembled directly on the recycling side for reuse, effectively alleviating the environmental pollution caused by discarded lithium batteries.
The European Union and the United Kingdom have been very concerned about the environmental problems caused by waste electronic products, in recent years, the development of new tobacco in these regions, but also faced with the environmental problems of waste electronic products. The Third edition of the EU’s forthcoming Tobacco Products Guidance (TPD3) stipulates that the batteries of disposable e-cigarettes must be removable manually. The innovative design of the ELFBAR 600V2 for efficient recycling is also in line with the new EU policy.
Victor Shaw, Chief Operating Officer of ELFBAR, said: “This product innovation is based on the exploration of technological innovation and environmental recycling. Based on active listening to user feedback and continuous market research, ELFBAR has introduced the new and upgraded ELFBAR 600V2, which provides ELFBAR users around the world with a better product experience while also providing environmentally friendly product innovation.”
As the world’s leading brand of new tobacco, ELFBAR has always been committed to environmentally sustainable and friendly development. In June this year, ELFBAR launched GreenPowercycle, an environmentally friendly recycling program in the UK dedicated to the “true recycling” of single-use e-cigarettes.
In preparation for the program, the ELFBAR team has been implementing environmental programs and recycling initiatives in several countries since last year, offering pilot recycling services in more than 3,000 stores.
After several months of continuous pilot operation, the ELFBAR team has explored a full link for disposable e-cigarettes to be recycled. ELFBAR has been registered under the guidelines of the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations since last year and has partnered with Recover, an environmental technology company, to explore environmentally friendly recycling schemes.
The ELFBAR 600V2 explores the problem of product recycling from the source through product technology innovation, which not only promotes ELFBAR’s product recycling program and makes the recycling chain more complete, but also marks an important step forward for the ELFBAR brand in terms of environmental and social governance (ESG).
ELFBAR is making multi-dimensional efforts to achieve product-side sustainability by 2025 and to build mature, detachable and reusable full-cycle recycling systems to fulfill its long-term commitment to environmental protection.
