This morning, Google pushed Android 14 Beta3, officially entering the stage of platform stability.
Platform stability means that the API is locked, and developers can perform some work such as Android 14 adaptation, optimization, and compatibility of the APP based on this.
Google Vice President Dave Burke said it’s now time for apps to run smoothly before the final version of Android 14 is signed off later this year.
At present, Pixel 4a and later “son” devices can already get the first taste of Android 14 Beta 3.
According to the official roadmap, Beta 4 or Beta 3.1/3.5 will be released in July, which will be the last beta release. The final official version is likely to debut in August or September, and it is generally believed that it will certainly be earlier than the official version of iOS 17 on the iPhone 15.
