Tecno today launched four Camon 20 series phones, including the Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro and Camon 20 Pro 5G, as well as a Camon 20 Premier 5G phone. The Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro and Camon 20 Pro 5G phones have similar designs with irregular diamond-shaped rear camera modules and share a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display.
The Camon 20 Pro 5G phone is one of the first devices to feature Mediatek’s 6nm Breguet 8050 chip (the more famous Dimensity 1300). The Camon 20 Pro comes with Mediatek’s 6nm Helio G99 chip, while the Camon 20 Standard Edition comes with Mediatek’s 12nm Helio G85 chip, both with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
All three Camon 20 Series phones have a 64MP main camera and a 2MP macro camera. The Pro 5G model has OIS support for the main lens and a 2MP depth camera; Both have 32MP selfie cameras. The Camon 20 Pro and Pro 5G support on-screen fingerprint recognition, while the Camon 20 uses side fingerprint recognition.
The three Camon 20 series phones come preloaded with HIOS 13 based on Android 13, IP53 dust and water resistance, and a built-in 5000mAh battery with 33W charging support.
The Camon 20 is available in Dawn Black, Serenity Blue and Glacier Glow, while the Camon 20 Pro and 20 Pro 5G are available in Serenity Blue and Sky Black. Tecno confirms that the Camon 20 Pro 5G will retail at $300 (Note: about RMB 2076 at present).
The Camon 20 series will be available in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and South Asia.
