Mediatek has announced that it will release its flagship Dimensity 9200+ platform on May 10. The first model of the chip will be iQOO Neo8 Pro.
Today, digital blogger “WHYLAB” released a picture of what appears to be a real iQOO Neo8 Pro, with a straight screen design and a Dimensity 9200+ processor.
It is understood that the Dimensity 9200+ is a minor upgrade of the Dimensity 9200. Although the upgrade is not a big one, Mediatek has come back with a total score of 1,368,597 for BDimensity’s 9200+.
Dimensity 9200+ adopts the 4nm manufacturing process of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., LTD. The CPU is composed of 1 X3 super core, 3 A715 large core and 4 A510 small core, among which the X1 super core frequency is 3.35GHz, the A715 large core frequency is 3.0GHz, and the GPU is Immortalis-G715MC11.
Not only that, the iQOO Neo8 Pro is equipped with a video chip V1+. vivo said the chip features good scheduling, fast speed and energy efficiency, and its data throughput speed can be efficiently maintained at about 8GB/s. Combined with SRAM, energy efficiency is improved by about 300% and power consumption is reduced by about 72%.
In addition, it will have a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 1.5-K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, support for fingerprint under the screen, run OriginOS 3 operating system based on Android 13, and is expected to have a 16MP front lens and a 50MP SONY IMX866V main camera on the rear.
