Xiaomi Router 7000 officially announced and pre-sold yesterday, with a price of 799 yuan. IGeekphone has obtained detailed configuration information for the router, which is powered by Qualcomm’s IPQ 9554 processor and comes with 1GB of RAM and 128MB of flash storage.
According to Qualcomm’s website, the IPQ 9554 processor, known as Networking Pro 620, is a triple-band Wi-Fi 7 networking platform that supports six data streams. The 14nm processor is built for the quad-core A73 at up to 2.2GHz, while the Xiaomi Router 7000 appears to be running on a 1.5GHz version.
In terms of speed, the theoretical 2.4G speed of Xiaomi Router 7000 can reach 1376.1Mbps, and the maximum 5G speed is 5764.8Mbps.
In terms of antenna, Xiaomi Router 7000 uses 7 external antennas and 2 internal antennas, among which 4 are 2.4G single frequency antennas, 4 are 5G single frequency antennas, and one NFC antenna.
Friends who are familiar with Xiaomi’s router may have noticed that the router model is not written as AX7000 or BE7000. Xiaomi customer service said that the router will be updated to support Wi-Fi 7 in the future.
