What Do I Think of the Infinix Note 12?
From opening the phone box, the first time and taking the mobile out for the first time, the sleek device is something amazing to look at. You can give it full marks for looking at the part of the price that you paid. We will talk about the different features; it has to offer in detail below. It will help give you a better understanding of why I like this phone and recommend it for purchase.
My initial thoughts about the phone included:
Replacing broken phone screens is not easy, hence it is important to have strong phone screens and screen protectors. The Infinix Note 12 comes with pre-applied tempered glass which means that they ensure your phone screen is protected against any accidents. This is a feature I thought was very well included especially for the price I paid. As far as phone protection goes, you also have a silicon phone skin that it comes with. You can purchase a fancier one but to begin with, till we get a new one, this was a really good addition. Though the box did not include the earphones and ejector pin that phones usually come with. That was a negative point in my opinion.
The box did however include a warranty guard in case there was any issue and you had to take it back to get it fixed. You also have a user manual with all the instructions you need to set up the phone and get all the information you need in the beginning. The box also has a USB-C flash charger, the phone does get charged fast.
On the left of the phone, you would find the sim and microSD card tray. Then you also have the power and volume buttons on the right of the phone. If you want to put a thumbprint lock, then the power button doubles as the scanner for it. I wouldn’t recommend it as while using the volume buttons, the scanner gets a little annoying. You also have a selfie and back camera, and stereo speakers in the phone. Some of the added features are mentioned below:
Choose Your Color
You have three different colors to choose from. The color choices available include Sapphire Blue, Force Black, and Snow Fall. So, you have these really beautiful two light and one dark color. They are all amazing to look at and give the phone that sleek and stylish finish. You will definitely like the colors and will have to think a little before making your choice. Apart from the colors, there are many cool features that make this phone a good choice for you to purchase. It also has a wavy back finish, which adds to the mobile phone’s stylish look.
Hardware
The Mediatek Helio G96 processor powers the Infinix Note plus and it runs on XOS 10.6 over Android 12. The phone’s refresh rate is 60Hz. Keeping in mind the required storage for average users, you get 8GB RAM which you can expand up to 13GB. For internal storage, you have 128GB available which can also be expanded by adding an SD card. The battery once charged can run for almost 10 hours as it has a 5000mAH battery. Though the time can fluctuate depending on use. The 33W charger can fully charge your phone in almost an hour. You also have a nice camera with a dual flashlight. The front camera is 16MP from which you can shoot 1440p videos at 30fps. The back camera has a triple camera set with 50MP + 2MP + QGVA. They offer the same 1440p videos at 30fps and feature a quad flashlight.
The Overall User Experience
To ensure you make the best choice for yourself considering the Infinix Note 12 price in Pakistan I tested the phone myself. Here are some of the observations I made.
I quickly set up the phone and downloaded all the apps and games I like testing the storage and performance of the phone. I was surprised to find that the games worked without the problem, the screen was not pixelated. In comparison to most phones, I would say, this one performed much better. The audio quality was also satisfying. The camera though was average and was not at all what I was expecting. While the Super Night mode did improve the photo and video results. Seamlessly switching between apps is important while getting multiple things done. It actually was easy, and I did not face any issues with it. The charging is impressive, and the USB-C adaptor easily works with type-A outlets.
Conclusion
The Infinix Note 12 is definitely worth your purchase if you’re looking for an affordable mid-range smartphone with nice features. The camera may not be the best you come across, but you get decent clicks from it. Plus, the storage and overall performance are actually worth the price you pay.
