Since Google’s AR capabilities have been made available to the public, a number of mobile phone manufacturers have incorporated the technology to enhance the user experience. Google, for example, uses AR in its Lens app to provide features like image translation.
However, this technology can be used directly on other phones except Google phones, which need to be approved by Google’s ARCore. Recently, a number of Samsung phones received Google ARCore certification. These include the A14 5G, A23 5G, Z Fold4, Z Flip4, S23, S23+, S23 Ultra and Tab Active4 Pro 5G.
