Today, a reliable source @evleaks shared a high-definition render of the Motorola Edge 40 Pro, which is the global version of the Moto X40. As we can see in the render, the front of the phone is equipped with a centered punch hole, a curved screen, and 3 cameras on the back.
The Motorola Edge 40 Pro has already appeared on the Geekbench database and the Google Play Console platform. A Chinese blog summarizes the configuration of the device as follows:
The device is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, with a 6.67-inch OLED display that supports FHD+ resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate, and is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Front 60MP camera, rear 50MP main camera, 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 12MP portrait lens.
The Motorola Edge 40 Pro is equipped with a 4600mAh battery that supports 125W fast wired and 15W wireless charging. Another model has a 5000mAh battery and 68W charging. The phone measures 161.3 x 73.9 x 8.5 mm and weighs 196 grams. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging.
