Xiaomi Mi Band 8 has been certified by South Korea’s NRRA. At the same time, the bracelet “ID photo” also published.
In terms of shape, the Mi Band 8 still has a racetrack design, with sensors such as heart rate modules in the center of the back and charging contacts below.
One key change, however, is that the band is a two-piece, rather than the old one-piece, and a new button on the back is expected to be used for quick removal.
Previously, the Mi Band 7 Pro used a breakaway quick-detachable wristband similar to a wristwatch because of its watch-like design, and the connection part was designed as a buckle.
It is reported that the Mi Band 8 is certified as M2239B1 and supports Bluetooth v5.1.
The Mi Band 8 is expected to have a larger display, more exercise/fitness monitoring features and longer battery life.
