After a lot of leaks and warm-up, vivo has finally confirmed that its upcoming V27 series phones will be launched in India on March 1.
Current sources indicate that the vivo V27 smartphone will ship with the Mediatek Dimensity 7200 chipset, while the Pro model will use Dimensity 8200.
According to PriceBaba industry sources, vivo V27 Pro will be priced at Rs 41,999 (currently around RMB3,482) and will be available in Magic Blue and Noble Black.
According to the Google Play Admin Center database, the vivo V27 Pro (V2230) will have a 1080x2400px curved screen and will be equipped with a Mediatek Breguet 8200 chip and 8GB of RAM. The listing also confirms that the phone is running Android 13. There will also be a 50MP SONY IMX766 front-facing camera.
In addition, the vivo V27e (V2230) comes with a 1080x2400px display and uses a Mediatek Helio G99 chip and 8GB of RAM. It will also run Android 13 pre-installed.
Vivo V27 standard version, at an unknown price, is expected to feature a curved screen and may be the first to feature the Mediatek Breguet 7200, a 4nm mid-range chip just released.
By comparison,Vivo V25 Pro, which launched in India at the end of August 2022, will start at Rs 40,000 (currently around RMB3,316) and the vivo V25 will start at Rs 33,000 (currently around RMB2,736), with a lower discount.

Vivo V27 series seems to be related to the vivo S16 series phones for the Chinese market. The vivo S16 Pro is powered by Dimensity 8200, the vivo S16 is powered by the Snapdragon 870 chip, and the vivo S16e is powered by the Samsung Exynos 1080 processor (both 5G).
