Today, Xiaomi’s first 2-in-1 notebook, Mi Notebook 12.4 2-in-1, is officially released and pre-ordered. The initial price is 2,999 yuan, and it will officially go on sale at 10:00 am on February 7.
It is understood that Xiaomi Notebook 12.4 two-in-one uses aluminum magnesium alloy body design, while ensuring the strong body, the body thickness of about 8.95mm, about 685 grams, mobile office.
It supports switching between three modes: notebook, creative and tablet. The notebook mode can be matched with a dedicated keyboard to obtain a complete laptop experience. In the creation mode, “seconds change” creative canvas, using millet touch pen shorthand, painting, etc.; Tablet mode can be used to read books or watch TV shows.
The Mi 12.4 2-in-1 features a 12.4-inch 2.5K touch LCD display with a 16:10 ratio, 2560 by 1600 resolution, 500 Nits of brightness, DCI-P3 gamut and 178° of viewing angle.
In terms of core configuration, the notebook is powered by Snapdragon 8cx Gen2 processor, uses 8-core technology, 7nm technology, 64-bit ARM architecture, storage specifications of 8GB LPDDR4X+256GB SSD, and pre-installed with Windows 11 Home Chinese version.
For the convenience of mobile office, Mi Laptop 12.4 two-in-one front 5 megapixel lens supports 1080p shooting, rear 13 megapixel lens for easy photography and document scanning, built-in dual microphones, support Qualcomm Aqstic ECNS echo cancellation and noise suppression technology, with dual speakers, convenient for remote meetings.
It is reported that the laptop uses a fully functional USB-C interface, support charging, 4K output, in addition to the 3.5mm headphone jack and TF card reader, can handle both office and entertainment.

Paired with Mi Notebook 12.4 2-in-1 full-size magnetic backlit keyboard, with a large trackpad, 1.5mm long key path and 1.3mm key spacing, Xiaomi claims that “you can enjoy a typing experience comparable to that of a traditional laptop”.
