As we know that Google Pixel tablet has been rumored for a long time, and now new revelations show that Google will only launch the Pro version of the Pixel tablet device, and use the latest Tensor G2 and G1 chipset version of the low-end model estimated to be canceled.
The Google Pixel tablet Pro will feature the same Tensor G2 chip found in the Pixel 7/Pro, a 2560×1600 resolution screen made by CSOT, and a Richtek RT4539 six-channel LED driver. This is used for the backlighting of the LCD screen, the Google tablet does not use an AMOLED panel.
It is reported that at least one version of the Pixel tablet uses Samsung’s 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS storage, as well as side fingerprint recognition (likely embedded in the power button).
There are also some new Pixel tablet images that have been leaked. There’s support for a dock that’s easy to use as a smart display, but it’s unclear if that’s included in the box or sold as an optional accessory.
