Lenovo released the latest Windows 11 Lenovo Edu Laptop, which is positioned as compact and durable, including entry-level display models to high configurations equipped with FHD touch displays, stylus support, and 360-degree hinges.
All of Lenovo’s new models feature current-generation processors, several with Intel Alder Lake-N chips (N100/N200), and one with an AMD Ryzen 7000-series mobile processor (it’s unclear if it’s AMD’s latest architecture).
Lenovo says the new Lenovo 100w Gen 4, 300w Yoga Gen 4, Lenovo 500w Yoga Gen 4 and 13w Yoga Gen 2 laptops feature a rugged design with a spill-resistant keyboard and a MIL-STD-810H tested design. Some models also have anti-pry keys on the keyboard and rubber bumper. IT House learned that the new product screen sizes include 11.6 inches, 12.2 inches, and 13.3 inches, support up to 8GB LPDDR5 or 16GB DDR4-3200 memory, use up to 128GB UFS storage or 256GB SSD, 512GB SSD, etc., showing that the Windows 11 system is pre-installed.
While Lenovo says these laptops are designed for the education market and can withstand a full-day classroom environment with battery life, they are likely to be available in retail versions in the future.
