Now a new vivo phone with the model number V2239 has appeared on Geekbench, BIS certification, and Google Play Console. The certification name is vivo Y100, which is the first time that the series name has reached three digits.
The certification information shows that the vivo Y100 is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor, uses a 6-inch 1080×2400 resolution water drop screen, and runs the FuntouchOS 13 system.
It is understood that the Dimensity 900 chip will be released in 2021. It is built on TSMC’s 6nm process and is designed with an eight-core CPU architecture. Compared with the previous generation, the single-core performance has increased by up to 18%.
From the perspective of parameters, this model should be an entry-level model launched by vivo overseas, and it is expected to be sold in overseas markets such as India.
