Asus ROG introduces the ROG STRIX XG49WCR with fish screen display at CES 2023.
According to the report, the display features a 49-inch ultra-wide curved screen with a 5120×1440 resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate and a 32:9 aspect ratio, the equivalent of two 27-inch 1440p screens put together.
At the same time, it covers 125% sRGB gamut, colorimetric ΔE less than 2, and has VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification.
Notably, the new monitor includes a smart KVM switch that allows users to easily connect the mouse and keyboard to the monitor.
When you need to move the mouse pointer from one screen to another screen, you do not need to manually switch the mouse pointer.
In terms of ports, the monitor has an HDMI 2.0, a DisplayPort 1.4, an RJ-45 network port, and a USB-C port that supports 65W reverse power supply.

The monitor will go on sale in the second quarter of this year for 1,199 euros.
