More information about Samsung’s 2023 smartphone lineup is coming to light. In addition to Galaxy S23 flagship series, Samsung will release its new Galaxy A series of smartphones in 2023, including the Galaxy A14 5G, Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A74. More details about the Galaxy A14 5G have been revealed today, including the processor, display and Android version.
Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has arrived on the Google Play console. According to the certification, the smartphone will be equipped with an Exynos 1330 chip, which has two ARM Cortex-A78 CPU cores and a clock frequency of 2.4GHz; Six ARM Cortex-A55 CPU cores, clocked at 2GHz, and the ARM Mali-G68 GPU has two cores, clocked at 950MHz. The phone will have 6GB of RAM, Android 13, and a 6.8-inch Full HD display (possibly with a 90Hz refresh rate).
Based on these specifications, Samsung Exynos 1330 chip is expected to perform much better than the Exynos 850 in the Galaxy A13. It should also perform better than the Mediatek Dimensity 700 chip used in the Galaxy A13 5G. The yet-to-be-announced Exynos 1330 features a faster CPU and GPU.

Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is also expected to feature a 13-megapixel front-facing camera, a 50-megapixel rear-facing triple-camera, supporting for 5G, GPS, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, USB Type-C port, a 5,000mah battery and 15W fast charging. It also has side fingerprint recognition.
