Recently, realme held a new product launch conference and launched the latest realme 10 series mobile phones, among which realme 10 Pro+ is equipped with a hyperbolic screen with 2160Hz ultra-high frequency PWM dimming. Today, Tianma Microelectronics officially issued a document, “claiming” the screen of Realme 10 Pro+ and introducing the technology used in the screen.
According to reports, in order to develop this screen, Tianma and realme have established a research and development team composed of dozens of experts. The two parties will work together to develop a new generation of eye-protecting dimming technology.
Compared with the conventional 480Hz PWM dimming, the 2160Hz ultra-high frequency PWM dimming technology adopted by this screen can simultaneously solve the color cast problem of low-brightness DC dimming and the stroboscopic problem caused by low-frequency PWM dimming, thus bringing users For a better user experience.
At the same time, this screen also uses Tianma’s latest OLED pixel arrangement technology: Windmill arrangement.
This technology has reached the industry-leading level in many performances, such as better effect when displaying text or fine images, clearer font edges, and higher recognizability; screen drive power consumption is reduced by more than 15%, effectively extending standby time; device leakage The flow is reduced, the degree of crosstalk is reduced, and the image quality of low gray scale is improved, so that the color of the display screen is more fidelity and more uniform.
At the same time, the pixel arrangement design can achieve a reasonable balance in terms of compatibility with new technologies, product performance improvement, and increased process redundancy while truly achieving high efficiency and energy saving.
