An FCC document shows that the Motorola Edge 40 Pro mobile phone has been certified and will be launched soon. The device was certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology earlier this month, revealing most of its specifications, but the FCC shed more light on charging.
According to the FCC listing information, the Motorola Edge 40 Pro will support 125W wired charging, as well as wireless and reverse wireless charging. But no word on wireless charging speed yet.
The certification also states that the Edge 40 Pro will come in two variants — a single-sim and dual-sim model, with the dual-sim supporting both a physical SIM slot and an eSIM.
Passing the FCC certification means that the Edge 40 Pro will be available in the next few weeks.
