Honor 80 series will launch at Honor MagicOS and Flagship new product launch conference at 14:30 on November 23. Today, the official warm-up of the video system of the new machine is conducted.
Honor officially announced that Honor 80 series will carry a 160-megapixel main camera, claiming that “every pixel is powerful”. As previously revealed by digital blogger @Digital Chatterpost, the first 160 megapixel lens of Honor 80 series is likely to be customized based on the 200 megapixel sensor, as previous engineering models had a 200 megapixel main camera sensor. Samsung’s ISOCELL HPX 200-megapixel sensor, which has a 1/1.4″ outsole, was released in October, and Honor’s camera may have been customized based on that sensor.

As previously revealed, there will be three versions of the Honor 80 series, including the Honor 80 SE, Honor 80 and Honor 80 Pro. Igeekphone has learned that according to the official preheating, Honor 80 standard Edition will debut Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G processor, the most powerful Honor 80 Pro version is Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 flagship platform, but only 3.0GHz. According to Digital Chat Station, the chip uses a low-frequency version of the Snapdragon 8+ and contains a 3.0GHz Cortex-X2 super-large core, three 2.5GHz Cortex-A710 mega-cores, and four 1.8GHz Cortex-A510 mini-cores. The Snapdragon 8+ is 1 x 3.2GHz X2 + 3 x 2.75GHz A710+ 4 x 2.0GHz A510.
