From our sources well-known digital blogger @Evleaks recently shared high-definition renderings of OPPO Reno 9, Reno 9 Pro, and Reno 9 Pro+, all three devices are expected to debut before the end of this month. As the successor of the Reno 8 series, the above three Reno 9 mobile phones use the same design language, but there will be further polishing and optimization in the details. The rear camera module design is similar on all three phones. However, it is worth noting that OPPO Reno 9 does not have the word “Powered by MariSilicon”, which means that only Reno 9 Pro and Reno 9 Pro+ will be equipped with OPPO’s own ISP module. In addition, the Reno 9 and Reno 9 Pro use a dual-camera setup, while the Pro+ uses a triple-camera solution.
Reno 9, 9 Pro, and 9 Pro+ have the same screen size, all 6.7-inch AMOLED screens will use Full HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 10-bit color, and are equipped with a display under the fingerprint scanner.
In terms of performance, Reno 9, 9 Pro, and 9 Pro+ will be equipped with Snapdragon 778G, Dimensity 8100-Max, and Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipsets, respectively, while in memory, up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of storage will be used. UFS 3.1 storage.
In terms of battery, the Reno 9 and 9 Pro will be equipped with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. The Reno 9 Pro+ will be equipped with a 4,700mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. The above three devices will be pre-installed with Android 13 -based ColorOS 13 UI.
In terms of cameras, the Reno 9 will be equipped with a 64-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel secondary dual-camera setup. The Reno 9 Pro will feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 main camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens.
The Reno 9 Pro+ will feature an OIS-assisted 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The three Reno 9 models will also feature a 32-megapixel Sony IMX709 front-facing camera.
