Vivo will hold the dual-core X imaging technology communication meeting this afternoon, and if nothing happens, it will announce a series of new technologies and new solutions brought by X90 series.
Igeekphone has reported that vivo X90 series has entered by TENAA, the official image configuration leaked before preheating, but did not officially announce the series, it is expected to be in the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 release after the official announcement.
Tipster @Ben Geskin has some specs for the vivo X90 Pro +, which will feature a 50-megapixel SONY IMX 989 wide-angle lens, it supported by 48MP IMX598 ultra-wide angle lens, 50MP IMX758 portrait lens, 64MP Howe OV64B telephoto lens, supporting 100 times digital zoom.
In addition, it will have a Zeiss blue label, supporting custom color filters, and vivo V2 chip, the “image beast.”
He also showed an engineering rendering of vivo X90 Pro+. He said vivo was torn between a 5x telephoto lens of 8MP (X80 Pro+) and a 3.5x lens of 64MP, but now it looks like the latter has been chosen.
Vivo previously revealed that the next generation of products will be equipped with a larger area of CMOS and have 77% more sensitive capacity than the Samsung GNV powered by Vivo X80 Pro. According to leaks, the new CMOS will be the 1-inch SONY IMX989.
In addition, the next generation of products will be equipped with the “Sky Night View System”, which trains three hypersensitive models based on millions of night view photos, increasing the sensitivity by up to 100%, with the ISO up to 102400.
As for portrait, Vivo’s next generation products will carry the “super touching image system”, equipped with a new 50mm portrait lens, beautify the details of the micron level through portrait understanding + portrait beautification + portrait atmosphere. The front-facing soft-light selfie will also be upgraded with support for an autofocus lens and micro-slit dual soft-light lights.

vivo also announced the next generation of self-developed chip (did not say whether it is V2), which is upgraded from the traditional ISP architecture to AI-ISP architecture. Combining the advantages of AI and ISP, it can realize the data throughput rate of 1.3 trillion bit/s and ultra-high energy efficiency ratio of 16.3 Tops/w. Night view video noise reduction effect increased by 20%.
