Vaporesso Luxe X Pod Mod is an innovative 40W power electronic cigarette with a transparent, modern, and futuristic design. Thanks to COREX technology and the AXON Chip, the vaping experience with this pod is satisfying. The innovative COREX heating technology. And Vaporesso brings the successor to the Zero Pod Kit. The Zero 2 Pod Kit impresses with its ergonomic design and beginner-friendly operation. Thanks to the 800mAh battery, the compact kit is always ready for use, even on the go. Today we will compare both of them, find the differences, and give you our opinion on which one is the good option for you.
Design
The Vaporesso Luxe X has dimensions of 98 x 21.6 x 21.5mm. It is, therefore, a slim, slender device, and this shape makes it easy to carry and hold. The LUXE X Pod system is made in a small case of three-layer plastic with transparent walls through which the device’s electronics are demonstrated. The main color of the novelty is gray, and the variety of appearance is achieved through seven multi-colored inserts. The device’s design includes a cartridge and a battery pack, fixed using magnets.
Zero 2 resembles a small colored remnant. There are no straight lines, corners, or edges in the device, but this attracts attention, especially since the device is small – 89 x 31.8 x 19 mm. It should be noted separately that due to the body’s unusual body shape and small size, the POD system has excellent ergonomics. The manufacturer offers Vaporesso Zero 2 POD kit in strict colors like black or carbon fiber and bright colors.
Features
The two magnetic pods supplied have an easily refillable 5ml tank and 0.8ohm (16W, ideal for a shot tending towards MTL) and 0.4ohm (32W, ideal for a DTL shot). Depending on the direction in which the pod is placed on the device, it will be possible to benefit from a shot that is a little more closed or a little more open. SSS-Leak Resistant technology is effective in minimizing any leaks.
The Zero 2 Pod Kit is equipped with an AXON chipset (of course, a simplified version), thanks to which you can get a full set of protections and the ability to use the device at two powers – 9 watts (with a 1.3-ohm cartridge installed) and 11 watts (with a 1.0-ohm cartridge). The device is activated when tightened. Four LEDs on the body of the POD system allow you to control the battery level, activation, and charging.
Battery
On board, you will find an integrated LUXE X Pod 1500mAh battery, which is quickly rechargeable thanks to its USB-C port and supplied cable. The Axon chipset takes care of everything and will be able to reach 40 watts of power. On the front, 3 LEDs correspond to the power level.
The Vaporesso Zero 2 POD kit is powered by a built-in 800 mAh battery, which will be enough for the device to work autonomously for two to three days since the vaporizers used in the device have a resistance of 1.0 and 1.2 Ohm. The battery is charged using the USB Type-C connector on the bottom of the device, with a current of 1A so the full charge time will be 40-50 minutes.

Verdict
The Vaporesso Zero 2 POD kit has a great design and an easy-to-use and maintained POD system that is sure to please vapers with its autonomy, practicality, and fairly good flavor. But if you compare it with Luxe X POD, it is lower in specs, so if you want a pod with a nice design, you can probably go to Zero 2 POD, but if you wish for a long-lasting POD, you have to go for Luxe X POD.
