Earlier this month, Google officially released Android 13 and a new version of AOSP, and as phone makers start adapting, it’s time to talk about Android 14.
According to information found by 9to5Google, the Google Android Beta project page has been updated to include more details about upcoming releases, supported devices, and more.
Google said “the Android 13 Beta has ended with the steady public release of Android 13 in August 2022” and reiterated that the QPR1 (Quarterly Platform Release) Beta will begin next month, That means Beta users will automatically receive Android 13 QPR1 Beta starting in September.
Google previously said Android 13 QPR beta would last until June 2023, but now it will “last until March 2023” and will likely only have two QPR: T1B (stable release in December) and T2B.
If the timing is anything to go by, Android 14 developer preview will likely launch in February.
