A new 12T smartphone duo, including the Xiaomi 12T Pro flagship phone, has been expected from Xiaomi for the global, including European, markets during the fall. Now the MySmartPrice website reported on the appearance of this phone in the Google database, which confirms that the phone is based on the Diting code-named Redmi K50 Ultra.
The Google Play Console database confirms that the Xiaomi 12T Pro has, among other things, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 system chip, up to 12GB of RAM, a screen resolution of 2712×1220 pixels, and the Android 12 operating system version.
So far, it is not known exactly when Xiaomi plans to announce its 12T series smartphone. However, the widespread leaks and revelations hint at the approach of the announcement.
As one highlight, the Xiaomi 12T Pro is expected to be equipped with a 200MP main camera. Earlier, the website Phonandroid published the alleged leaked image of this phone that can be found below. The 200MP text visible in that camera bump seems to confirm the expected resolution of the main camera.
According to rumors, the Xiaomi 12T Pro should have a 5000mAh battery with 120W charging, stereo speakers, an under-screen fingerprint reader, and an Android 12 operating system version as part of MIUI 13. Along with the 200MP main camera, the other two rear cameras on the device are expected to include an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro camera.
In terms of positioning, the new Xiaomi 12T Pro can be expected to be a so-called reasonably priced top phone. According to a previous revelation, the price of this phone in Europe would be 849 euros.
