iQOO is reportedly set to announce its next flagship series – iQOO 10 – in July. Rumors suggest that the upcoming flagship series would consist of two models – iQOO 10 and 10 Pro – launching in China next month. There is much known about this series, but today we will know about the camera chip of these devices courtesy of notable tipster Digital Chat Station.
As per Digital Chat Station, the latest news of the iQOO 10 series phones will not only be equipped with a 50MP outsole main camera but also will be powered by a V1 ISP chip, which is a self-developed Image Signal Processor of Vivo.
It is reported that the V1 chip was first launched on the Vivo X70 Pro. It can provide NR intelligent noise reduction, MEMC intelligent frame insertion, and the power consumption reduction of related algorithms. Compared with the CPU, the energy efficiency ratio of complex computing has a theoretical improvement of 100 times. When shooting night scenes and videos, the computing efficiency is improved.
For example, when shooting at night, it can show the effect of real-time black light night vision, that is, you can see the effect of near-film brightness in the photo preview interface, which breaks the industry record.
Moving on to the other specs, Digital Chat Station suggests that the iQOO 10 is tipped to feature a 6.78-inch FHD+ OLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz and DC dimming. Under the hood, it is said to come with Qualcomm SM8475 chipset aka Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.
Furthermore, it could come with 12GB of RAM, but we expect the smartphone to come in different RAM options. Lastly, the tipster suggests that the iQOO 10 would have a 1/1.5-inch 50MP primary camera sensor. As for the charging, it could come with 120W fast charging support.
At the moment, the tipster has revealed only this much about the upcoming device for now. However, since the device is tipped to launch next month, we can expect the iQOO 10 to pop up on certification websites soon.
