While the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 processor upgrade to the Mi 12S has yet to be released, it looks like the team is already working hard on the Mi 13 series.
According to xiaomiui mining, mi 13 and Mi 13 Pro are found in the code base, the models are 2211133C/2211133G, 2210132C/2210132G respectively.
The suffix C stands for China, and G stands for Global.
Meanwhile, the code names mi 13 and Mi 13 Pro are Nu Wa and Fu Xi, both characters from ancient mythology.
Notably, the Mi 13 series is even testing a version of MIUI based on Android 13.
In terms of specs, the Mi 13 series is expected to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor, UFS 4.0 flash memory (twice as fast as UFS 3.1), a new Leica tuned camera, and more powerful fast charging.

As for the release date, it is said that the Mi 13 series has been moved up to the fourth quarter of this year. In this case, the mi digital series is expected to have three generations of flagship in a year.
