While Xiaomi has yet to announce the MIUI 13.5, there have been a number of announcements and now the upgrade list has been revealed.
According to Xiaomiui, xiaomi/Redmi models that can iterate to Android 12 will be approved for the upgrade, but those that don’t make it to Android 11 will “abandon”.
Models that cannot be upgraded to MIUI 13.5 include all mi 9 series, Mi 9T/9T Pro (K20/K20 Pro), MI CC9/CC9 Meitu, Redmi Note 8 series, Redmi 9A/9AT/ 9I /9C and POCO C3/C31.
The list of models eligible for the upgrade is extensive, including mi 12 series, MI 11 series, MI Civi series, MI 10 series, MI Pad 5 series, MI MIX4/MIX Fold, Redmi side, and older products such as Redmi 9/Note 9.
Of course, this is just a list of revelations, and ultimately the official list will prevail.

In March 2022, monthly active MIUI users in both the world and the Chinese mainland hit a record high, according to Xiaomi’s first-quarter earnings report. Xiaomi has 529 million monthly live MIUI users worldwide, up 104 million year-on-year. There are 136 million monthly live MIUI users in mainland China. In Q1 of 2022, The net monthly active users of MIUI in The Chinese mainland of Xiaomi were 5.8 million.
