According to previous news, ZTE will hold a new product conference on May 9, officially launched ZTE Axon 40 series flagship phones.
One of the biggest highlights of the event was the EXTRA-large ZTE Axon 40 Ultra, which will be equipped with a new generation of screen forward-facing cameras, as well as industry-leading three-master camera specs.
Ni Fei, senior vice president and president of ZTE’s Terminal Division, previously revealed that the Axon 40 Ultra will bring five unique images to the industry.
They are: only three main cameras can capture lightning, only three main camera 8K video, only three main camera preset focus, only equipped with dual SONY sensors, only dual full pixel omnidirectional focus.
This morning, the popular whistleblower blogger @digital Chat station broke the news about the camera system and published details of the three cameras.
Two of the three cameras of ZTE Axon 40 Ultra use IMX787 sensors. The main camera is F /1.6 aperture, 35mm equivalent focal length, and supports OIS optical stabilization. Ultra-wide Angle uses free-form lens, 16mm equivalent focal length.
As for the periscope telephoto lens, the OV64B sensor has a 64 megapixel f/3.5 aperture, a 91mm equivalent focal length, and OIS support for up to 5.7 optical zoom.

In terms of hardware specifications alone, zte’s Axon 40 Ultra is already the best in the industry this year, and if it can be combined with good algorithms and software, it will beat most Android flagships in photography.
