Recently, Samsung’s official website announced the parameters of the new sensor Samsung ISOCELL HM6. According to Samsung’s official statement, the HM6 uses a 12000×9000 pixel arrangement, with a total number of 108 Megapixels and a unit pixel area of 0.64μm. The CMOS uses a 1/1.67″ bottom, supports 8K 24fps, 4K 120fps video shooting, supports Super PD (PDAF) focusing, and ISOCELL 2.0 technology.
Samsung said that the HM6 is the first sensor to use NONAPHEXEL PLUS technology, which can generate a 12-megapixel photo through a 9-in-1 pixel, while increasing the unit pixel area to 1.92μm, bringing a clearer display effect. The sensor also supports SMART-ISO and anti-aliasing, SMART-also allows the HM6 to adapt to shooting conditions by automatically selecting a higher or lower lS0 mode. In dimly lit scenes, the high ISO mode converts light into a signal with higher conversion capabilities to enrich details in shadows. The anti-aliasing technology can effectively reduce the noise in the picture and make the picture clearer.
Samsung ISOCELL HM6 has been first released in India on April 7 to release realme 9 4G. The Realme 9 4G is the sixth product of the Realme 9 series, and its rear camera image configuration is a triple-camera combination of a 108-megapixel main camera + 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens + 2-megapixel 4mm macro lens. Considering the positioning of the thousand yuan machine, perhaps we should not have too high expectations for the imaging performance of ISOCELL HM6.
