Samsung previously released the Galaxy Chromebook 2 360, an education-focused Chromebook notebook that is now available for sale in the U.S. market, starting at $429.99 (about 2,743.34 yuan).
Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2 features a 12.4-inch 2560 x 1600px resolution TFT touchscreen that rotates all the way into tablet mode. The device also has a 720p webcam that can be configured with optional LTE connectivity.
The notebook has a built-in Intel Celeron N4500 processor and Intel UHD graphics, as well as 4GB LPDDR4x memory and 64GB / 128GB eMMC storage. Inputs/outputs include two USB-C ports, two USB 3.2 ports, a headphone/mic combo jack, a microSD card reader, and a nano security slot. The laptop comes with a 45.5 Whr battery that Samsung claims can provide 10 hours of continuous use.
