Today, blogger @Digital Chat suggests that Redmi Note 12 series is powered by Mediatek Dimensity 8000 flagship processor (model name: MT6895), which performs as well as the Redmi K50 (Redmi K50 is powered by Dimensity 8100) and is the most powerful model in the history of the Redmi Note series.
It is reported that Dimensity 8000 is Dimensity 8100 down frequency version. The chip is based on TSMC’s 5nm process and consists of four Cortex A78 large cores and four Cortex A55 small cores with a 2.75ghz large core (2.85ghz large core for Dimensity 8100).
In addition, Redmi Note 12 series will feature a mid-hole full screen with a possible refresh rate of 120Hz and an expected resolution of FHD+.
Redmi Note 12 series has been licensed as 22041216UC and 22041216C, which means there will be at least two Redmi Note 12 models.
