The new Vivo phone, V2170A, has received 3C certification. Blogger @digitchat revealed that the new phone is part of Vivo NEX series and has a 7-inch screen, powered by the Snapdragon 8 flagship processor, making it the largest snapdragon 8 phone.
It is worth noting that this is the second time in two years for Vivo to update the NEX series product line, after June 12, 2018, Vivo NEX first generation ushered in the era of popup full screen, leading a wave of industry trend.
Through the pop-up mechanical structure, the camera is cleverly hidden inside the fuselage, and the camera APP is used to control the lifting and enabling, so as to achieve a nearly full-screen visual effect. This scheme was well received in the market, and many brands followed up with pop-up screens after NEX.
After the first generation of Vivo NEX, Vivo NEX 3 launched the waterfall screen in the world, and the screen proportion reached a new high of 99.6%, which was the flagship phone with the highest screen proportion at that time.
Now vivo NEX series is about to be released, possibly named Vivo NEX 5. Unlike Vivo NEX and NEX 3, Vivo NEX 5 will return to the mainstream hole screen solution with an expected resolution of 2K+ and refresh rate of 120Hz.
