The foreign media LetsGoDigital and Technizo Concept produced a third rendering model of the unreleased Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra based on information provided by South Korean leaker Super Roader.
The difference between this version of the rendering model and the previous two versions is that it has a new rear independent water drop lens design, which is the first time in all rendering models. In the previous rendering model, the camera part has a P-type module design, as well as a type of dual independent island module design. The whistleblower Ice Universe and Tron also confirmed that the camera module design of the new rendering model is real, and both of them have extremely high accuracy on Samsung mobile phones.
The water drop rear lens design has also appeared on previous mobile phones, such as LG’s Velvet series and Samsung’s own Galaxy A32. However, this lens design is the first time that it appears on Samsung’s Ultra version of its flagship mobile phone. Foreign media also said that this phone will be named Galaxy S22 Ultra instead of the Galaxy Note 22 Ultra as speculated by some rumors.
It is reported that Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will be equipped with a 6.8-inch AMOLED display, supplemented by a 40-megapixel front camera. The rear is a 108-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 12-megapixel 3x telephoto lens, and a 12-megapixel 10x periscope lens. The four rear lenses are supposed to be equipped with OIS optical image stabilization.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is expected to continue its previous “dual-core” strategy. In Europe, Samsung’s own Exynos 2200 is used, supplemented by AMD RDNA2 architecture GPU. In other regions, Qualcomm Snapdragon 895 (the next-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon flagship SoC) will be used. The battery is expected to be 5000mAh consistent with the previous generation and supports 45W charging power. In terms of color, it is currently speculated that there will be no less than three colors to choose from, namely black, white, and wine red.

In addition to the new renderings, the whistleblower Ice Universe also shared a photo on Twitter stating that the weight of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is 228 grams. Although it is the same weight as the previous generation Galaxy S21 Ultra, this time the new phone has been added S Pen.
