Reliable insider Evan Blass (Evleaks) has tweeted a ton of press images of the upcoming Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. Thanks to them, smartphones can be viewed from all angles. Evleaks has shared renders of the Pixel 6 in Stormy Black and Seafoam Green, as well as the Pixel 6 Pro in Stormy Black and Cloudy White.
It looks like @evleaks hasn’t got their hands on the renderings of the Kinda Coral Pixel 6 or Sorta Sunny Pixel 6 Pro yet, but it’s likely they’ll be leaked in all their respective glory soon. The different frame thicknesses on the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro are striking, as the latter will have a rounded display on the sides.
However, the camera bump on the back looks more evident than ever in these particular renderings, with one posting a side view of the Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro against a black-colored Crewmate from the popular game Among Us, just right to show how similar they are.
Google has certainly taken a risk with the overall design of the Pixel 6 and its Pro parent, but if the customization of the Tensor Chip can deliver flagship performance and the cameras produce top-notch shots, then it seems likely that the size of the camera body will be nothing more than a bump in the road to success.
The presentation of the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will take place on October 19. The characteristics, cost, and parameters of new cameras are known.
