The long-awaited Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 series will be made official tomorrow in China. The schedule is likely to include at least two or three variants. One of the variants appeared on the benchmarking site Geekbench. The listing revealed the main specs of Xiaomi’s tablet.
Performance testing in Geekbench has passed the Xiaomi tablet with the model code number M2105K81AC. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 870 processor with an Adreno 650 GPU and 6GB of RAM. The device will run on Android 11.
As we can see the Mi Pad 5 was tested in the application several times, demonstrating, although different, but similar in value. As for the test results, the highest recorded scores for the future novelty are 1008 and 3334 points in single-core and multi-core test modes, respectively, which is quite satisfactory.
Judging from previous revelations, Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 is expected to have two versions with two different processors, Snapdragon 870 and Snapdragon 860. The Snapdragon 870 version is expected to be equipped with a 48MP main camera and support fast wired charging with With a capacity of 67W, the Snapdragon 860 version will only be equipped with a 12MP main camera and support 22.5W fast wired charging.
In addition, the version using the Snapdragon 870 chip may support 5G network connectivity, while the version using the Snapdragon 860 chip will only support WiFi connectivity.
The device is credited with an 8720mAh battery with a TCL Huaxing screen with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels, a refresh rate of 120Hz, the ability to use a stylus, and support for 4096 touch levels. The presentation of Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 will take place tomorrow, August 10.
