A few weeks ago, a YouTuber leaked the design of Microsoft’s Surface Duo 2. It has a more prominent camera module than the previous generation, optimizing some of the previous generation’s criticisms.
Today, foreign media WindowsUnited released some renderings of the tablet, showing the design in more detail. These renderings were crafted by Jonas Deahnert AKA.
It is worth mentioning that because the camera module on the back of the tablet is too large, the tablet can no longer be folded 360° like the previous generation model, so it may be awkward to use it as a one-handed device.
Microsoft has begun work on the next version of the Surface Duo, code-named “Zeta,” which will be released in 2021, according to Windows Lite, with some improvements to the Surface Duo 2’s camera.
Microsoft is also working on other Surface products, including the Surface Pro 8, which is expected to launch in October/November, igeekphone reported.
It is reported that the Surface Duo 2 will be equipped with the 2021 flagship phone specifications, including snapdragon 888 processor, 5G support and NFC support.
The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features a rear-mounted three-camera design that includes an ultra-wide Angle, telephoto and primary camera. In addition, the machine may be designed in frosted glass and is available in white and black versions. In addition, Microsoft may have integrated the fingerprint into the power button, and put the USB-C port in the middle position on the right.
