From two months, iQOO Neo 5 as an affordable gaming-focused smartphone. Now, the company is ready to introduce a completely new version called iQOO Neo 5 Vitality Edition, which will be official on May 24, but we already know most of its specifications thanks to the leaks. Now, the device has appeared in the Geekbench list revealing important information about the hardware.
The benchmark listing confirms the V2118A model and also shows the appearance of the Snapdragon 870 just like the standard iQOO Neo 5. It’s paired with 8GB of RAM and runs Android 11 out of the box. The phone is likely to have either Funtouch OS 11 or Vivo’s new Origin OS on Android.
The Geekbench listing further reveals that the device scored 1021 and 3427 in single-core and multi-core tests. He was recently seen at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The listing revealed that the phone will support 44W fast charging.
Ahead of the launch, some key specifications of the smartphone are revealed. Based on previous rumors, iQOO Neo 5 Vitality Edition also comes with a 6.57-inch IPS LCD display with FHD resolution. The display is confirmed to support a 144Hz refresh rate. Smartphones have a side-mounted fingerprint reader instead of a built-in on the screen. It will launch in 8GB RAM + 128GB, 8GB RAM + 256GB, and 12GB RAM + 256GB options.
For selfies, the iQOO Neo 5 Vitality Edition will have a 16MP front camera. The phone will also sport a triple camera setup on the back. It has a 48MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP third camera. The iQOO Neo 5 Vitality Edition smartphone will launch in China on May 24.
