Samsung will launch the latest Galaxy F12 series smartphone on April 5 in India. Ahead of its launch, the Samsung Galaxy F12 appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform to reveal some of its main specifications. The list shows that the smartphone with the model number SM-F127G could be an affordable version relaunched of the Galaxy M12.
The main highlight that was made explicit in the leaked benchmark is the information about the mobile platform. The smartphone will arrive equipped with the Exynos 850 chipset. It also scored 154 points with a core and 969 in the multi-core tests.
As it was possible to observe, the Geekbench also delivered that the device will have 4GB of RAM memory – but it is still not certain if there may also be a variant with 6GB – and it will come out of the box already equipped with the Android 11 operating system.
In a previous Flipkart leak, other information about the Galaxy F12 had been revealed. Among them are the 6.5-inch HD + screen, with Infinity-V format notch and 90 Hz refresh rate. In addition, the power button will be on the right side of the device, where there will also be a fingerprint reader.
The set of cameras will be led by a main sensor Samsung GM2 of 48MP. In addition, a 6000mAh battery, 15W fast charging, 3.5 mm headphone jack, USB-C port, and a speaker grid are expected.
The expectation is that the Samsung Galaxy F12 will be released as a renamed version of the Galaxy M12. It is scheduled to become official on Monday, May 5. While, until now there has been no news regarding the price of the Galaxy F12.
