OnePlus is rumored to be launching its flagship new phone, OnePlus 9, in March, and many of those rumors point to three OnePlus phones — the OnePlus 9, the OnePlus 9 Pro, and the OnePlus 9E. But it now appears that there are not just three models in the One Plus 9 series, but four, including the One Plus 9 Lite.
OnePlus 9 Lite is said to come in two models, LE2100 and LE2101, and will be available in India and China, according to Techdroider. The difference from the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro is that the “Lite” version will be powered by last year’s Snapdragon 865 processor instead of the latest Snapdragon 888. Interestingly, the Oneplus 9E has also been rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 865, which makes us wonder if the Oneplus 9E and Oneplus 9 Lite are the same device. It is possible that they will be the same device, or at least very similar, with the “Lite” model aimed at India and China and Oneplus 9E for the US and Europe.
Speaking of the Oneplus 9 and Oneplus 9 Pro, both smartphones will be powered by the Snapdragon 888, plus 8GB of RAM. The OnePlus 9 is known to support a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR. The smartphone has a resolution of 2400 x 1080p (full-HD +). In addition, Android 11 is pre-installed.
