The Huawei Nova 8 and 8 Pro series of phones will be officially presented on December 23. The Chinese giant has already given a very small look at its rear design with the release of the poster that revealed its release date. Now, just before the launch, there were sources sharing the Huawei Nova 8 real pictures, which gave us the first glimpse of the design of the phone.
According to the shared image, the Huawei Nova 8 is being displayed at a retail store in China. The phone is expected to be available in Black, Green, Purple, and White color options. The device owns a perforated screen with a thin bezel. Along with that, the back of the device stands out with the oval camera cluster.
Moreover, the leak also shows that the Huawei Nova 8 measures 160.1 x 74.1 x 76.4 mm and weighs 169 grams. Powering the phone is a Kirin 985 processor. It comes with a 3700mAh battery and integrated 66 W fast charging technology. Huawei Nova 8 is equipped with a 6.57-inch OLED screen with curved edges, Full HD + resolution, and supports a 90 Hz refresh rate.
In terms of imaging capabilities, the device owns the rear camera cluster including 4 lenses: 64MP main camera with f / 1.9 aperture, 8MP super wide-angle lens, 2MP depth sensor, and 2MP macro camera aperture. f / 2.4. In addition, the machine has a 32MP selfie camera on the front.
Huawei Nova 8 is expected to come in two memory versions: 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM and 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM. The device runs EMUI 11 based on Android 10. As predicted, the Smartphone will be sold at a starting price of 3000 yuan (about $460).
