Sales of the new iPhone SE are booming this year, and its goal is very clear: to compete with Android phones of the same price and for iOS users. At present, the number of iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 series users is still huge, and these “nail users” are the primary target customers of iPhone SE. The hot-selling iPhone SE also makes fruit fans look forward to the next generation of iPhone SE. Industry insider Ross Young broke the news that iPhone SE 3 will be released in 2022, and SE series products will not be launched in 2021.
Ross Young pointed out that iPhone SE 3 supports a 5G network, the screen size is upgraded to 6.06 inches, the image is upgraded to dual-camera, and Touch ID is retained. The location of the fingerprint sensor is currently uncertain.
If Touch ID is still designed for the front, coupled with a 6.06-inch screen, the one-handed operation may become a luxury, because the circular Home button greatly affects the screen-to-body ratio of the phone, which will result in a larger body measurement size.

It is worth noting that Ross Young revealed that the iPhone SE 3 is provided by Sharp and JDI. It seems that the next-generation iPhone SE may still use the LCD screen.
