Recently, the characteristics of the new representative of the Realme Q line of smartphones became known, which the company intends to present in the coming weeks. The well-known Chinese network informant Digital Chat Station indicated that the device will be called Realme Q2 and will be almost a complete clone of the recently announced Realme X7 with the only difference that instead of a 64MP main camera it will receive a 48MP sensor and other simplifications.
The main idea of its market promotion, according to the author, will feature an OLED screen with a punch-hole design, a fast 65-W charging, an energy-efficient 5G chipset, and a lightweight body with a small thickness (160.9 x 74.4 x 8.1 mm with a weight of 175 grams).
The previously unannounced gadget of the brand was spotted on the website of the Chinese regulator TENAA, where it appeared under the model number RMX2173 – Chinese sources associate the device with the Realme Q2 model.
The device is expected to receive a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with an integrated fingerprint scanner, Full HD + resolution, and an aspect ratio of 20: 9. The novelty is credited with support for 65W fast charging technology, an eight-core processor operating at 2.4 GHz, and at least 6GB of RAM.
As for the main camera, the gadget will supposedly receive a module with sensors of 48, 8, 2, and 2MP. On the front, it could come with a 16MP selfie camera. The phone may come equipped with Realme UI 2.0. Other specifications and prices of Realme Q2 are unknown. According to Digital Chat Station, Realme will present the Realme Q series of smartphones on October 13th.
