Fast charging is now a focal point for development in the smartphone industry. Previously, the public got a report that Xiaomi’s 120W fast charger had just gotten China 3C certification. Now, there are reports of two fast chargers from Huawei with model number HW-110600C00 have passed 3C certification in China. One charger is 65W GaN, while the other is 66W. According to speculation, the Huawei 66W fast charger is possible for the Huawei mate 40 series.

Some sources claim that the Mate 40 would be only the first of the terminals that would have this charging capacity, being destined to be used also by other premium models of the Chinese company, including a new version of its folding smartphone, the Huawei Mate.
At the press conference launching the Huawei P40 series in China, Yu Chengdong brought a Huawei dual-port gallium nitride charging super-fast charger.
