It hasn’t been three months since Vivo released its current flagship, the Nex 3S 5G, and it looks like the company is preparing another phone Vivo V2024A that will belong to the top class.
A post has appeared about a new and hitherto unknown Vivo smartphone in Geekbench. According to the post on the rating website, the model number of this smartphone is V2024A.
The list shows that this phone has a motherboard “Kona”, which is usually related to the Snapdragon 865 SoC, strongly suggesting that the Vivo V2024A will be powered by the Snapdragon 865 chipset. In addition, the list states that the phone has an 8-core processor with a base frequency of 1.8 GHz.
Since the V2024A has Qualcomm’s top mobile chipset, it’s probably a state-of-the-art smartphone. The list also shows that the V2024A has 8GB of RAM and runs Android 10. The smartphone scored 912 points in a core test and 3291 points in a multiple core test in Geekbench 5.1.1.
At this point, we should also mention that this could also be a phone from Vivo’s subsidiary, iQOO, (as phones from iQOO are reported to come from Vivo in Geekbench).
