The Motorola Razr 2 is expected to be unveiled in September 2020. It is now known that a folding smartphone will have a display larger than that of its predecessor.
According to Ross Young, CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC), the Razr 2 will ship with a 6.7-inch main display, which is 0.5 inches larger than the current Razr. Young claims that the additional external screen on the Razr 2 will also have an impressive diagonal, but does not reveal the exact size.
Razr is currently sold with a 2.7-inch secondary display. This time Motorola wants to maximize the dimensions of the gadget. Motorola Razr does not support 5G, but it is rumored that the Razr 2 will have next-generation networks thanks to the Snapdragon 765 SoC.
Among other rumors: the smartphone will receive 8GB of RAM, 256GB of memory, Android 10, a 48-megapixel main camera, and a 20-megapixel selfie camera. Previously, the general manager of Lenovo South Africa Thibault Dousson reported that Motorola Razr 2 will be released in September.
