SJCAM SJ7 STAR is made out of metal with stable structure for shock-resistance, when the previous model, SJ6 was made of plastic. SJ7 features a 2″ live-view touch display on their backside and you can hook an external microphone. SJCAM tries SJ7 Star to look as a premium action cam, so it has this cool and elegant design with the full metal body. The display with the touchscreen option is a new feature for SJcam, very useful in order to be able to change options and navigate in the menu. SJCAM SJ7 STAR features an Ambarella A12S75 as chipset with a 12MP Sony IMX117 sensor. The lens are 166°HD wide-angle, with a narrow/middle/wide for option.
