Xiaomi introduced the Redmi K30 in December last year. Lumi Weibing, Managing Director of the Redmi brand, has officially announced that the launch of the Redmi K30 Pro will take place on 24 March after several weeks of publicity.
In addition to confirming the launch date, the company also announced the AnTuTu score of the new flagship phone K30 Pro. Which has surpassed the 610,000 marks as it scores 610,296 points.
Redmi has already confirmed that the K30 Pro will come with a notch-free OLED display just like its predecessor. The device will have a 6.67-inch Full HD display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Also, the in-screen fingerprint scanner is among the expected features.
The K30 Pro will come with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.0 storage, which shows it’s a new generation flagship. It will also be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 processor. The K30 Pro may be the cheapest SD865 supported phone on the market. The smartphone with 5G support will have a 4700mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
The price of the Redmi K30 Pro is estimated to be about $428. The company is expected to introduce the K30 Pro Zoom Edition as well as the K30 Pro at its launch event on 24 March. It seems likely that the Zoom Edition will come with high zoom support on the camera side.
