Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO has scheduled to launch its 5G flagship smartphone on February 25 in China and India. Now iQOO 3 bearing the model number V1955A is spotted on AnTuTu which revealing its benchmark scores and key specifications ahead of the official launch.
According to AnTuTu, the iQOO 3 5G posted a score of 597,583 which is higher than the Realme X50 Pro (574,985) and Mi 10 (585,232) which are equipped with similar hardware. The iQOO 3 is equipped with the Snapdragon 865 processor and sports 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The display resolution is 2400 x 1080 and the device runs Android 10 out of the box.
Official promotional posters have appeared on China’s Weibo social network, revealing in part the design of the device and some of its features. There will be four cameras at the back of the case, on top of which there will be one two-tone flash.
The inscription next to the cameras reveals that the iQOO 3 5G will have a special Portrait System and that the resolution of the main camera will be 48MP. Interestingly, iQOO also decided to keep the 3.5mm audio port in 2020, the same one many mobile phone makers rejected last year.
As per the leaked specifications from Geekbench and TENAA, the handset flaunts a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display which may contain a single hole-punch for the placement of the camera. The storage options will be 128GB and 256GB which will pair to 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB RAM. The device will be powered by a 4370mAh battery which will also likely support fast charging technology. In addition, we will also have support for the 5G dual-band connection (SA / NSA).
The good news is that the official iQOO website and the Flipkart e-commerce site have opened orders for the Vivo iQOO 3. But it’s not yet known what the price of the device is when it has launched.
